Chihuahua, en el km 115, es una zona de playa muy atractiva donde por la tarde se aprecia el atardecer. La rodea Punta Ballena y el arroyo El Potrero. Playa de arenas blancas, con dunas, ideal para la práctica de sandboard y con un leve oleaje para la práctica de morey. A la playa, desde Los Guti's BH, se llega tan sólo caminando dos cuadras. Playas poco pobladas, ideales para descansar y disfrutar. Por la noche se escucha desde la propiedad el ruido del mar.

Los Guti's BH queda a tan sólo 5 cuadras de la ruta Interbalnearia y a 4 cuadras del almacén, La Chihuahua. Un almacén de ramos generales atendido por sus dueños y un equipo de gente formidable. Tiene un surtido de productos seleccionados a precios razonables. Para moverse de Chihuahua a Punta del Este se puede hacer en la COT o en el ómnibus 8 de la línea CODESA que hace Piriápolis - Punta del Este (y viceversa), con 5 frecuencias diarias. A 3 km, se encuentra el centro comercial de Solanas, donde hay, una Ancap con cafetería, cajero automático y Abitab. Además, una heladería Freddo, un supermercado Tienda Inglesa y una atractiva variedad de restaurantes para deleitarse por la noche. Ya sea comiendo unas exquisitas pizzas en La Ferre o un sushi, en La Casita Sushi Bar (recomendamos de postre, el alfajor de cookie) y todo acompañado de una selección de cervezas industriales y artesanales.

La propiedad está edificada sobre un terreno de 1000 m², cuenta con dos dormitorios y un entrepiso transitable. A su vez tiene 2 baños completos en la primera planta. Cuenta con un living comedor con cocina integrada de buena amplitud y excelente iluminación natural. La cocina se encuentra muy bien equipada, dado que sus dueñas son amantes de la cocina y del buen comer. Cuenta con heladera con freezer (frío seco), freezer horizontal, cocina a supergas, microondas, lavarropas, lavavajillas y todos los utensilios para realizar diversos platos. Todas las ventanas de la propiedad cuentan con mosquitero y reja. La casa tiene alarma con respuesta y se encuentra cercada para disfrutar el jardín con niños y mascotas. También tiene un parrillero con pérgola techada para disfrutar de un asado en familia al mediodía o en la noche, inclusive cuando ocasionalmente llueve. Para acceder al jardín del fondo se puede hacer desde la puerta de la cocina, por los 3 ventanales del living - comedor o desde la cochera cercada.

Otro atractivo de la propiedad es su piscina, la cual cuenta con el privilegio de que le de el sol, desde las 6 am hasta las 18:30 pm. Un gran disfrute para grandes y chicos e ideal para esos días donde el viento sopla y no dan ganas de bajar a la playa.

La casa tiene estufa a leña para disfrutar también unas vacaciones en el invierno y aires acondicionados en los dormitorios. Dos dormitorios cuentan con TV y en el living se encuentra un smart TV de 50'. DIRECTV y wi-fi.

Chihuahua, at kilometer 115, is a very attractive beach area where the sunset can be enjoyed in the afternoon. It is surrounded by Punta Ballena and the El Potrero stream. The beach features white sands and dunes, making it ideal for sandboarding, with gentle waves perfect for bodyboarding. The beach is just a two-block walk from Los Guti's BH. These uncrowded beaches are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. At night, you can hear the sound of the sea from the property.

Los Guti's BH is located just five blocks from the Interbalnearia route and four blocks from the general store, La Chihuahua. This store is run by its owners and a fantastic team, offering a selection of products at reasonable prices. To get from Chihuahua to Punta del Este, you can take the COT bus or the number 8 bus from the CODESA line, which runs between Piriápolis and Punta del Este with five daily departures. Three kilometers away, you’ll find the Solanas shopping center, which includes an Ancap with a café, an ATM, and Abitab, as well as a Freddo ice cream shop, a Tienda Inglesa supermarket, and a variety of restaurants to enjoy in the evening. Whether you're craving delicious pizzas at La Ferre or sushi at La Casita Sushi Bar (we recommend the cookie alfajor for dessert), you can pair your meal with a selection of industrial and craft beers.

The property is built on a 1000 m² lot and has two bedrooms plus a usable loft. It also features two full bathrooms on the first floor. The spacious living-dining area has an integrated kitchen with excellent natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped, as the owners are passionate about cooking and good food. It includes a refrigerator with a freezer (dry ice), a horizontal freezer, a gas stove with an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and all the utensils needed to prepare a variety of dishes. All windows in the property have screens and bars. The house is alarmed with a response system and is fenced in, making it safe for children and pets to enjoy the garden. There is also a barbecue area with a covered pergola for family gatherings, whether for lunch or dinner, even when it rains.

Another attractive feature of the property is its pool, which enjoys sunlight from 6 AM to 6:30 PM. It's a great enjoyment for both kids and adults, especially on windy days when you might not feel like heading to the beach.

The house has a wood stove for cozy winter vacations and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have TVs, and there is a 50" smart TV in the living area, along with DIRECTV and Wi-Fi.
