Hay una tarifa de 30USD por check ins or check outs en fines de semana. Para poder reservar el apartamento se deberá pagar el monto de alquiler con tarjeta de crédito, via pay pal. Hay un depósito retornable de 300USD que se puede pagar en efectivo el dia del check in y se retorna el dia del check out. Se puede solicitar horas de limpieza extra como de lavado y planchado de ropa- por hora 9USD. Tenemos distintos alianzas con empresas de transfer desde el aeropuerto, traslados, excursiones y alquiler de autos, establecimos las alianzas para obtener descuentos para nuestros huéspedes. In order to reserve the dates of your stay one must pay the full rental price through Paypal with credit card, or bank transfer, only then will the apartment be booked. There is a 300USD refundable deposit that one can pay in cash at time of check in and returned upon check out.

We have discount packages for longer stays so the longer you stay the less you pay. we have alliances with companies that grant discounts for our guests for Airport Transfers, wine tours, rental cars, please do not hesitate to request our assistance for booking the different services with our courtesy discounts.
