Hay un depósito de 300USD , se puede pagar en efectivo el día del check in y se retorna el día del check out. Se puede solicitar horas de limpieza extra como de lavado y planchado de ropa- por hora 10USD.

It is distributed on two floors, in addition to a private rooftop terrace with your own personal traditional Uruguayan BBQ. Each of the 2 bedrooms has ample closet space, AC and heating, and a private bathroom. You will also have all the amenities of a home with a dining room, a spacious high ceiling living room, a den and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Once a week cleaning is included for stays of more than 10 days.

There is a 30USD check in/check out fee carried out after office hours (9:30am-5:30pm) or on weekends.

In order to reserve the dates of your stay one must pay the full rental price through Paypal with credit card, or bank transfer, only then will the apartment be booked. There is a 300USD refundable deposit that one can pay in cash at time of check in and returned upon check out.
