Hay un depósito de 300USD , se puede pagar en efectivo el día del check in y se retorna el día del check out. Se puede solicitar horas de limpieza extra como de lavado y planchado de ropa- por hora 10USD.

Your stay will entail an excellent loft, a two minute walk to Plaza Zabala, the Promenade, the infamous Mercado del Puerto, boutique shopping, and top restaurants. The apartment 105 opens out to the historic street of Colón with private balconies and floor-to-ceiling and French doors. It is distributed on two floors, in addition to a private rooftop terrace with your own personal traditional Uruguayan BBQ. Each of the 2 bedrooms has ample closet space, AC and heating, and a private bathroom. You will also have all the amenities of a home with a dining room, a spacious high ceiling living room, a den and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Rental Price includes wifi, cable, weekly cleaning service and condominium costs. Electricity is not included, to be paid at time of check out in cash according to usage. There is a 30USD check in/check out fee carried out after office hours (9:30am-5:30pm) or on weekends.
In order to reserve the dates of your stay one must pay the full rental price through Paypal with credit card, or bank transfer, only then will the apartment be booked. There is a 300USD refundable deposit that one can pay in cash at time of check in and returned upon check out.
